Adam Cook

Mr. Cook is a partner at GraceCap and currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Glebar. Glebar, based in Ramsey New Jersey is a global leader and innovator in the centerless grinding industry. Glebar's versatile suite of precision grinding machines and automated turnkey grinding systems can process a multitude of materials for end-use applications found in virtually any industry or home around the world. Glebar serves the medical, aerospace, automotive, energy, mining and consumer goods markets, and more.

Before Glebar, Mr. Cook was the Head of Investment Banking for Phoenix Capital Resources, a national boutique focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions. At Phoenix, Mr. Cook worked with a number of small businesses to help them effectuate and complete mergers, sales or raise capital. His prior experience in advising both domestic and cross-border industrial and manufacturing companies complements the experience of the rest of the Executive Management team at Glebar, while positioning the company for future growth and continued innovation.

In 2012, Mr. Cook was awarded the distinguished “40 Under 40” Award from the M&A Advisor.

Mr. Cook holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
